What do I do for dry, cracked hands? (As a sorta crunchy woman)
First Step: Prevention

No artificial fragrances. Common culprits: hand and dish soap, lotions, hair products, laundry detergents

Protect from irritants. Wear gloves while doing dishes, laundry, cleaning, and in cold weather
- Nutrients. Being deficient in certain vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats can contribute to dry and irritated skin. Vitamin A, D, E, and Omega 3's are common nutrients. You can retain a lot of these nutrients from salmon, sardines, and beef liver!
Second Step: Maintenance

Gentle Exfoliation. Multiple times a week with either a normal wash cloth or body scrub glove
- Moisturize. Use a moisturizer without alcohol or fragrance. Both can be irritating to the skin
